Simple Sesame Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 pound angel hair spaghetti
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil
  • 4 whole scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

Prep: 1. Boil water for pasta. 2. Slice scallions Make: 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. 2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients (excuding green onions) together in a bowl. 3. When pasta is done, drain and return to pot, gently mix in sauce and green onions.

Notes

If you want a little kick add red pepper flakes to taste!
