Prep: 1. Zest and juice 1 lime. Cut the other into wedges for serving 2. Mince garlic Make: 1. Whisk together the lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, salt, pepper, honey and garlic. Marinate fish for at least 15 minutes and up to 4 hours. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the fillets for 3-5 minutes per side 3. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
