Prep: 1. Chop garlic. Make: 1. Combine all ingredients (excluding beef) and mix well. 2. Place roast beef into slow cooker and cover with vinegar mixture. 3. Cook for 8 hours on low or 4 on high. 4. Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker shred with two forks. 5. Serve with the cooking juices.
If you like the full tang of balsamic vinegar you can leave out the honey for a more pure balsamic flavor.
