Prep: 1. Juice lemon. 2. Grate parmesan. 3. Preheat broiler. Make: 1. Mix together yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, parsley, and ground black pepper. 2. Place cod filets on slightly greased broiler pan, spread spice mixture on each filet, and top with parmesan. 3. Broil filets for 8-10 minutes.
You can use mayonnaise instead of yogurt if you prefer. Fresh parsley is nice if you like more herb flavor.
