Prep: 1. Pre-heat grill 2. Halve lemons. Make: 1. Brush shrimp with oil, season with salt and pepper 2. Grill 2 minutes on each side, until shells are pink and shrimp is opaque. 3. Place lemons on grill the last minute. (The heat will release the juice from the lemons). 4. To serve, squeeze grilled lemon wedges over shrimp.
Depending on the size of your shrimp you may want to put them on wooden skewers to prevent them from falling through. If using wooden skewers make sure to soak them first. These are best with shell on shrimp, but work just fine with pre-peeled shrimp too, just grease the grill grates so that they don't stick.
