Prep: 1. Juice lemon. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, lemon juice, and garlic in a small bowl and pour over chicken. 2. Let chicken marinade for at least 30 minutes, up to 24 hours in the fridge. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 4. Place chicken on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. 5. Bake for 15 minutes and brush a layer of barbecue sauce on the chicken. Return to the oven and repeat brushing with barbecue sauce every 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes longer.
The longer you marinade these the moister they will be. This is a great candidate for bone-in chicken breasts, they make this already moist and delicious dish that much better!
