Prep: 1. Mince garlic Make: 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and dill. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat, saute garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 2. Place breasts in skillet, decrease heat to medium and brown chicken on all sides. 3. Whisk in cream and cover, not lifting the lid for 10 minutes 4. Flip chicken, add capers, and put on lid. Turn off heat and let sit off the heat for 10 minutes.
This is decadent, rich and creamy just for the sake of being creamy. We're sure we could find a way to lighten it up, but sometimes you just want creamy comforting deliciousness! To make it even better serve over pasta or rice.
