Make: 1. Combine all the spices and brown sugar, in a small bowl. 2. Add oil to skillet and preheat to high heat. (this is also great on a grill!) 3. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts 4. Place chicken in skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the exterior is very deep, dark brown and the inside is no longer pink. 5. Remove from heat and let rest, covered, for 5-10 minutes to let the juices soak in before cutting.
