Prep: 1. Juice lemon. Make: 1. Mix the lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, sesame seed oil, soy sauce and sriracha in a small bowl, mix well. 2. Place pork chops in a freezer bag and pour marinade over top. 3. Place pork chops in fridge to marinate, you can do this anywhere from 8 hours to 30 minutes. 4. When ready to cook heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 5. Place pork chops in the skillet being careful not to crowd them, you may have to cook it batches (add olive oil between batches as needed). 6. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side depending on thickness. Chops should be at an internal temperature of 145. 7. Remove cooked pork chops and keep warm until all are done.
