Prep: 1. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Grate ginger. Make: 1. Combine all ingredients (excluding canola oil). Set aside for 15 minutes. 2. Heat the canola oil over medium heat in a large skillet. 3. Pour chicken and marinade into hot pan and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through (about 5 minutes)
This is an amazingly fast and tasty meal!
