Hard Boiled Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Place eggs in a bottom of a saucepan big enough that they are in one layer. 2. Cover with 2 inches of water and bring water to a boil. 3. Once water comes to a boil, cover the pot, turn off the heat and let sit for 10-12 minutes. 4. Drain eggs and rinse them in cold water until they are cool enough to handle. 5. Peel eggs and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper if desired.
