Prep: 1. Slice the tomatoes in half. 2. Dice red onion and chop basil and parsley. 3. Dice the feta into 1/2-inch pieces, crumbling it as little as possible. Make: 1. In a medium bowl toss the tomato halves, diced onion, vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, and parsley. 2. Gently fold feta into the salad and serve at room temperature.
