Garlic Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 lemon (optional)

Directions

Prep: 1. Mince garlic cloves. Make: 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add garlic; stir for 1 minute, until fragrant. 2. Add spinach and season with salt to taste. 3. When spinach has wilted, transfer to a platter, and squeeze lemon juice over it, if desired.
