Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Cut potatoes lengthwise into 3/4-inch wedges. 3. Mince rosemary. Make: 1. Add oil and potatoes to a large shallow baking pan and toss to coat with rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. 2. Roast potatoes 20 minutes total or until tender, gently tossing halfway through.
