Prep: 1. Chop shallots and mince garlic. 2. Drain and rinse the beans, Make: 1. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add shallot and garlic. 4. Cook over medium-high heat until soft and golden, about 5 minutes. 5. Add the tomatoes and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. 4. Add the beans and broth and cook, stirring almost constantly until sauce begins to look creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
