Prep: 1. Boil water for pasta 2. Dice tomatoes and basil. 3. Juice lemons Make: 1. Cook pasta 8-10 min, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. 2. Put all ingredients in a bowl, toss well and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
A simple classic. You can double the recipe and bring to a party, and/or sprinkle with fresh parmesan for added flavor.
