Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup non-dairy milk, plus more if needed
  • 6 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

Make: 1. Whisk together all ingredients over medium-high heat. 2. Continue to cook, stirring almost constantly until mixture thickens to desired consistency. If it gets too thick thin with a little additional milk.
