Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (for greasing the grill)

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat 2. Leave husks on corn or remove depending on taste. (leaving them on steams the corn while taking them off gives you a more distinct grilled flavor) Make: 1. If grilling corn without the husk grease the grill grates by soaking a paper towel in oil and using tongs to grease the grates. 2. Grill corn (covered if using a gas grill), turning, until tender. This will take 20-30 minutes if grilling with husk on or about 10 minutes with husk off. 3. If grilling with the husk on carefully remove the charred husk. Top with any desired toppings and enjoy
