BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ball store-bought pizza dough
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 8 ounce fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 red onion, halved and sliced very thin
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional, about 1/4 a bunch)

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 450 (500 if your oven goes that high). 2. In a skillet, cook chicken with a little oil and water over medium-high heat, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. When done, dice and toss with a little bbq sauce. 3. Meanwhile, slice mozzarella and red onion 4. Chop cilantro. Make: 1. Roll out pizza dough and cover with a thin layer of BBQ sauce and cheese. 2. Sprinkle on red onion and diced chicken. 3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly (10-12 if oven is 500). 4. When pizza is done garish with cilantro (if using). 5. Cut and serve.

Notes
