Honey Glazed Carrots and Parsnips

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots
  • 1 pound parsnips
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Chop carrots and parsnips. Make: 1. Toss carrots and parsnips with honey, olive oil, salt, pepper and fennel seeds. 2. Roast in oven, about 45 minutes.
