Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and maple syrup and mix thoroughly. 3. Remove apple cores without cutting through bottom of apples. Make: 1. Fill apple centers with the oat mixture. 2. Place apples in a small baking dish, and add 3/4 cup water to the bottom of dish. 3. Bake 30-40 minutes, depending on size of apples, until tender but not mushy. 4. Remove from oven and serve warm.
