Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Wash and dry asparagus, cut off tough ends. 3. Grate cheese. Make: 1. Toss asparagus in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. 2. Spread asparagus out on baking sheet and sprinkle cheese on top. 3. Bake at 400 for about 15-20 min.
