Sauteed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or butter
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

Prep: 1. Wash and trim ends off asparagus. 2. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Heat olive oil or butter in pan; add garlic, cook 1 minute. 2. Add asparagus and salt; cook 8 minutes or until tender.
