Prep: 1. Trim swiss chard leaves off of stalks; chop both leaves and stalks then separate. 2. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Heat oil or butter over medium heat in pan; add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add swiss chard stalks; sauté 4 minutes or until tender. 3. Add leaves; season with salt and pepper, cook until leaves are wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
