Prep: 1. Trim peas; slice shallots and radishes; chop dill; juice orange. Make: 1. Heat butter and oil in pan. Add shallots and sauté until golden, about 5 minutes. 2. Add sugar snap peas and radishes; sauté about 5 more minutes until tender. 3. Add orange juice, dill seeds (optional), salt and pepper; stir 1 minute. 4. Stir in chopped dill and serve.
These go well with a simple white fish!
