Prep: 1. Preheat broiler. 2. Chop chives. Make: 1. Line a baking sheet with foil; toss peas with oil on prepared sheet and spread in single layer. 2. Broil about 2 minutes, stirring once, until just crisp-tender and beginning to brown in spots. 3. Transfer to bowl; toss with chives and sea salt to taste.
These are great with any herb you have on hand.
