Prep: 1. Mince garlic. 2. Roughly chop basil. Make: 1. Heat oil in pan over medium-low heat; add garlic, cook 2 minutes. 2. Add pine nuts; cook 3 minutes or until golden brown. 3. Increase heat to medium, add spinach, salt, pepper; cover and cook about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Remove from heat; add basil, toss for 1 minute or until wilted.
This is a great way to add a little something to spinach! Change it up by using any nuts you have on hand, or try it with a different herb - we like fresh oregano!
