Sauteed Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh sugar snap peas, end removed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Remove and discard the stem end and string from each sugar snap pod. Make: 1. Heat oil in a saute pan, then add snap peas, salt and pepper. 2. Sauté, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
