Simple Kabocha Squash (carb Side)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kabocha squash
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Slice squash, remove seeds. Make: 1. Toss squash with olive oil and salt. 2. Place on a baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes.

Notes
