Simple Kabocha Squash (veg Side)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kabocha squash
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Slice squash, remove rinds. 3. Mix with olive oil and salt in bowl. Make: 1. Bake for about 45 minutes.
