Prep: 1. Mince garlic. 2. Chop parsely. 3. Cut chicken in to 1 inch pieces. Make: 1. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook chicken and garlic until browned, about 6 minutes. 2. Stir in tomatoes, noodles, stock and Italian seasoning; cover and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed, 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese and parsley.
