Prep: 1. Slice/chop/grate: basil, romaine, mango, red bell pepper, ginger, scallions. Make: 1. Heat a large skillet over high heat. 2. Season the steak with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper. 3. Cook 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest for 5 min. before slicing. 4. In a large bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest, oil, honey, ginger, soy sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. 5. Add the lettuce, mango, bell pepper, basil, and scallions to the bowl with the dressing and toss to combine. 6. Top with sliced steak and sprinkle with the sesame seeds (if using).
