Ingredients

  • 2 cups of basil (about 2 bunches)
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Make: Place basil, nuts, and garlic in food processor or blender and blend until totally combined.

Notes

If you don't avoid dairy add 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese. If you avoid nuts you can easily leave the pine nuts out.
