Prep: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat. 2. Press garlic clove and mince marjoram (need 1 tablespoon). 3. Mix minced marjoram, ground allspice, garlic, salt and pepper. 4. Rub mixture over both sides of pork chops. 5. Halve nectarines, then brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Make: 1. Grill pork chops for 4 minutes per side, or until brown and cooked through. 2. Grill nectarines for 6 minutes or until just tender. Turn occasionally. 3. Place pork chops and nectarines on plate. Garnish with extra marjoram sprigs.
