Prep: 1. Cut tofu into 1/2” slices, wrap in a towel, and press (heavy books work well) for at least 30 minutes to remove excess liquid. 2. Mince garlic and grate ginger. Make: 1. Combine all ingredients except tofu. 2. Add tofu and marinate for at least an hour. 3. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. 4. Remove the tofu from the marinade and cook until brown and slightly crispy, 5-7 minutes each side, adding a little extra oil as you flip them. 5. Serve!
