Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. Smash and peel garlic cloves. Make: 1. Toss green beans on a baking sheet with smashed garlic cloves, water and olive oil. 2. Roast until the beans are tender and slightly charred, about 20 minutes. 3. Toss with whole-grain mustard, and salt and pepper to taste
To take this up a notch add 2 teaspoons of your favorite fresh herb, chopped.
