Prep: 1. Peel shrimp. 2. Cut garlic. Make: 1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet 2. Add garlic and cook until it turns golden, about 2 minutes. 3. Raise heat to medium-high and add shrimp, some salt and pepper, cumin, and paprika. 4. Stir to blend and continue to cook, turning shrimp once or twice, until they are pink all over, about 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Serve hot.
