Green Peas Duet

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen peas
  • 3/4 pound sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Make: 1. Warm olive oil and butter in a large saute pan over medium-high heat and add both kinds of peas. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until bright green and crisp, tossing occasionally. 4. Serve hot.
