Prep: 1. Mince garlic 2. Preheat the oven to 425°F. 3. Line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper. Make: 1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Form into meatballs. 3. Arrange meatballs on the prepared sheet pan. 4. Bake meatballs until done through and brown, about 15-20 minutes. If you like them a little crispier you can broil them for a few minutes, but watch them closely so they don't burn.
If you prefer, you can also fry these in a little olive oil for about 3-4 minutes per "side" (let's say meatballs have 4 sides). These freeze beautifully. You can either freeze the raw meatballs (we recommend freezing on a baking dish first and then placing them in freezer bags so that they don't stick together), or you can freeze them once they are cooked.
