Prep: For Meatballs: 1. Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg and egg in bowl. With hands, form balls. 2. Fry meatballs in vegetable oil, turning, until done, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, set aside. For Sauce: 1. Add olive oil to used meatball pan, and sauté onion and garlic. 2. Add wine and cook until it evaporates, scraping pan. 3. Add canned tomatoes and more salt and pepper to taste. Make: 1. Make pasta: follow package directions/boil in water until al dente. 2. Meanwhile, add meatballs into sauce and simmer for 20-25 minutes. 3. Serve pasta with sauce and meatballs, and grate fresh parmesan on top.
