Prep: 1. Chop apple into bite sized pieces. Make: 1. Place apples and spinach in a large bowl. 2. Drizzle oil and vinegar over the salad. 3. Toss and serve.
We love to add a cup of toasted walnuts to this as well. In cast iron skillet, toast walnuts over medium-low heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Then just add them right before you dress the salad.
